I have some pork chops that I picked up today. I am wondering what everyone's favorite recipe is for preparing pork chops? I often shake and bake them, but I'm kind of bored with that.

I have two favorite recipes.
One is to season the chops with GARLIC SALT and PEPPER, brown them in OLIVE OIL (I use extra virgin), then cover with ORANGE JUICE, reduce heat to low and simmer until done. (Cooking time will depend on thickness of chops...)
Another favorite is to season chops and brown them on both sides in OLIVE OIL. Remove the chops from skillet and add some DIJON MUSTARD and RASPBERRY JELLY (or whatever you like -- orange marmalade works nicely) (You'll have to figure out the proportions of Dijon to jelly to your liking.). Swirl the mustard, jelly and pan juices. Return the chops to the skillet and simmer until done.
Sorry I can't give you exact measurements. I just throw it all together and see what I end up with !!
Enjoy!
I like to rub them with salt, garlic, coarse ground black pepper, smoked papericak( sorry don't know how to spell it so the spell check can fix it). and just a tiny amount of coffee grounds then grill them. I know it sounds weird but it is awesome.

I have a really good sage and apple pork chop recipe that my grandma gave me.
Heat up some butter in a skillet and toss in 1 chopped onion and 2 stalks chopped celery and cook for a little while. Then toss in a chopped apple, a handful of raisins and about a cup of apple juice and bring it to a boil. Once it has boiled, turn off the burner and stir in a pkg of sage stuffing mix. Put this mixture into the bottom of a 2 quart greased baking dish. Put the pork chops on top and put in the fridge overnight. Heat oven to 350* and bake covered for 30-35 min. While it is baking, heat up some apple juice and thicken with cornstarch. Brush the apple juice mixture over the pork chops. Leave uncovered and bake for another 20-25 min until done.
I definitely have the winning answer to this one: Caramel Apple Pork Chops.
The sauce took me 2 tries to get perfect, since I'm not much of a cook. But they're sooooo good!!!
When I get pork chops I make sure they are cut at least 1 inch thick. Then just some salt and cracked black pepper then on the grill they go. Cook them to 150 degrees and they are as juicy as can be. If they only have thin cut or that's whats on sale that week then I take flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix all that together then lightly dredge the pork chops in that. Cook them in a pan with about 2 tablespoons oil and one tablespoon butter. Cook till brown on both sides.

I like mixing Uncle Bens longgrain and wild rice with cream of mushroom. You will need to add a little water or milk.
(2 parts liquid to 1 part rice) Season porkchops with olive oil , salt pepper and garlic . Put chops ontop of rice and soup mixture. Bake at 375 for 60 minutes or until rice is tender.![]()

Keep 'em coming. These sound great.

My kids love this one: mix together equal parts of Italian dressing and Dale's Marinade (I use the low sodium one). Before marinating take a fork and stab the pork chops several times on both sides and marinate the pork chops for about 15 min. Cook on the grill for about 5 min each side depending on
thickness of the chops turning only once. enjoy![]()

Have you ever tried the recipe on the side of the Shake n' Bake box. Basically you brush dijon mustard on the chops before you shake them. It just gives them and easy new flavor.
