First writing hit kicked back to me to edit
I was flying along doing writing hits this morning all excited because I just started doing them last week, and apparently I didn't proof read one of the last ones I did. I think I was crossed eyed by then. I got an email that said that one of my hits needed editing or it would be rejected. A little scared because I couldn't imagine what I had done wrong and how I could fix it. Turns out I just wrote like a 3rd grader. I changed my mind about a sentence halfway through but did not change the entire sentence. The sentence was horrid. I am so glad that they gave me the chance to fix it and also glad to get that first bad one out of the way. Now I won't be as scared.

That's great that the Requester gave you the chance to edit instead of just rejecting. I wish all Requesters acted like real human beings!

That's a good requester right there! They probably realize that it's better to have a Turker who cares about their stuff and will fix if given a chance than to have ten people who don't know what they're doing and don't care.

There are some lenient requesters out there, and this post certainly reinforces that.

Just as everyone else has said, it's really encouraging to hear you were able to edit the HIT instead of an automatic rejection. You should take that
as a compliment and know your past and present writing has been impressive and memorable enough to have been granted that opportunity. Sounds
like you should write a lot more. You deserve a pat on the back for that.

That is spectacular! I made an error in keyword usage once and used singular instead of plural because I didn't really understand the importance of the exactness... could have cleaned it up with a quick edit but wasn't allowed to. Nice to see that some requesters will work with ya.

It's also cheaper for the requester than paying someone to edit it, which seems to be what usually happens.

It's great that you were able to fix your mistake! It's encouraging that some Requesters will allow for an edit instead of putting a rejection on your record.

I never even thought about the possibility of sequesters doing that. I just assumed it would just reject. I'll still continue to assume that when I'm actually writing, but that's awesome that they did that!
