Is It Safe to Click on Links on MTurk website?

    Happy New Year Everyone:

Today is my first day completing any HITs (for tax purposes, I waited until 2018).

I am focusing on surveys, and when I hit Preview, I notice many surveys begin with "Click Link Below."

Yet I thought I remembered hearing someone give advice to Never Click on a Link (risk of virus).

Is that correct? Never click on a link?

Thank you for any response, have a glorious January 1st.

Most good surveys are hosted off site. In fact, most of us hate to do surveys which are contained within mTurk, as there is high risk of all your data being lost and all your time being wasted. If you are concerned about viruses, check their TO first.

Thank you for that answer and peace of mind. That opens many more surveys to me.
