Same format applies for any of the other types you want to do, i.e. [/HIDE-REPLY] at the end and [HIDE-REPLY] at the beginning

No spaces!
So much better an explanation...thank you @louwho!

Two good questions that came up on the daily hits thread.

From @LauraJayne can we just put them in the box and not hide the hit
(will that keep it from scraping?)

From @sniksnak can we hard wire the 'hide' tags on a button so we don't have to type it every time?

1) No, that will not keep anything from scraping.

2) A button is supposed to appear in the quick reply box that adds the tags, but it's not working. I'll see if I can fix it.

That said, you can instead hardwire it into your Great HITs export. Open the script in Tampermonkey and look for

DEFAULT_TEMPLATE = '

Title: {title}\n';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += 'Requester: {requester}';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += ' [{requesterId}] (TO)';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += '\nTO Ratings:{to_stuff}';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += '\nDescription: {description}';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += '\nTime: {time}';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += '\nHits Available: {hits_available}';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += '\nReward: {reward}';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += '\nQualifications: {qualifications}

';

Change it to:
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE = '[hide]

Title: {title}\n';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += 'Requester: {requester}';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += ' [{requesterId}] (TO)';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += '\nTO Ratings:{to_stuff}';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += '\nDescription: {description}';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += '\nTime: {time}';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += '\nHits Available: {hits_available}';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += '\nReward: {reward}';
DEFAULT_TEMPLATE += '\nQualifications: {qualifications}

[/hide]';
It's all good.

Here is what to change for HIT Scraper 4.0.070:

Find:
vbTemplate: '

Title: ${title} | PANDA\n' +
'Requester: ${requesterName} [${requesterId}] ' +
'(TO)\n' +
'TO Ratings:\n${toVerbose}\n${toFoot}\n' +
'Description: ${description}\nTime: ${time}\nHITs Available: ${numHits}\n' +
'Reward: ${reward}\n' +
'Qualifications: ${quals}

',

Replace it with:
vbTemplate: '[hide]

Title: ${title} | PANDA\n' +
'Requester: ${requesterName} [${requesterId}] ' +
'(TO)\n' +
'TO Ratings:\n${toVerbose}\n${toFoot}\n' +
'Description: ${description}\nTime: ${time}\nHITs Available: ${numHits}\n' +
'Reward: ${reward}\n' +
'Qualifications: ${quals}

[/hide]',
It's all good.

If you don't want to go into the code, you can click on "edit template" and just paste the HIDE tags that way, too. Thanks @cmckeithan!
It's all good.
