    I read the email notification not too long ago. I have to admit, it bothered me greatly and I shed a tear or two for poor Blaze and her babies, for losing their mother and for being taken away from their habitat. I don't believe there was any concrete proof that she was the actual bear that mauled the hiker. Terribly tragic and hard to image that they could do this to Blaze and her babies.

    I so agree. Once again this shows that humans think they can go anywhere and do anything to nature and when they don't take precautions it is the animal and nature that pays the price.
