    Good for you! How are you doing with the C25K? I stopped drinking soda in July and now my body is used to plain water. I weaned myself with those flavored drops for water but they are so filled with junk. You can make a pitcher of water and add grated fresh ginger, lemon and fresh mint. Tastes good and is supposed to help the bloating ��

    I havent had a soda drink since my last post. I have been relying on honey and lime water in the morning. Green tea throughout the day. Keeping my calories intake to under 1500. I think I have lost about 5 pounds in last couple of weeks,

    The workout including c25k has been pretty mediocre at best. I am managing about 3 days a week but hopefully just picking up rhythm
