Most Requesters Can't See Qualification Requests

As I explore the Web UI and API, I have discovered that requesters who use the Web UI (aka GUI, RUI) can not see or retrieve qualification requests. When we look at a HIT and see a link to "Request this qualification", most of the time this has no effect. A requester MUST use the API in order to view qualification requests, and even then it is not automatic. They have to send an operation (command) to retrieve them.

The moral of the story: If you feel that your qualification requests are falling on deaf ears, that's because they are!
Eschew obfuscation, espouse elucidation. Batch HITs for newbs. 1000 req'd. 5000 req'd.

Maybe this is something that needs to be addressed by Amazon? Is it possible they are unaware of this "glitch" of sorts?

I don't think it would be considered a glitch. There is a lot of functionality in the API that is not available in the Web UI. For example the Web UI, you can not:

    - Send messages to workers
    - View qualification requests
    - Create qualification tests
    - Create auto-granted qualifications
    - Attach messages when blocking workers
Eschew obfuscation, espouse elucidation. Batch HITs for newbs. 1000 req'd. 5000 req'd.
