    Question Tired red eyes?

    Hello Turkers!!!
    After turking for about 6-8 hours everyday I find my eyes strained out Guess many of us face this problem. How do u guys cope up with this? Any specific pc tools/ eye drops/medication that u use?

    Yeah I get this problem, too. I just stop for a while and go do something else. even if just for 10 or 20 minutes. sometimes it's hard to tear yourself away but it has to be done lol.

    I use a tool called f.lux that dims my screens at night. Helps a lot.

    If you wear glasses. You can talk to your eye doctor about an anti glare coating that helps. I have it and have noticed a big difference. That and frequent breaks. There are also eye exercise you can do. Google them. I will try to post a link later.

    No davek0512 I don't use glasses. BTW i use LG LED screen
