    First Build

    I thought I would share my first PC build. All of the parts were purchased from Amazon with my very hard earned turking money. There are still components I want to put in it, but so far I am extremely pleased with the performance.

    Case: Cooler Master Storm Stryker
    Motherboard: MSI Z87-GD65
    CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K
    RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB
    UPDATED: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 2x8GB DDR3 2400MHz PC3 19200
    UPDATTED: Corsair Vengeance Pro 32GB 4x8GB DDR3 2400MHz PC3 19200
    HDD: Western Blue 1 TB
    SDD: Crucial M500 120GB
    GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX760 SuperClocked
    UPDATED: MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G Graphics Cards
    ODD: Lite-On Super AllWRite 24X Sata
    OS: Win 7 Home Premium
    Monitors: 3 x ASUS PA248Q 24-Inch LED-Lit IPS Professional Graphics Monitor

    That seems like it will do a great job!!!

    If I were to use my Turk money for a computer I'd be better off with an Apple II.
    I'm only a few rungs above that now but I make do.

    My first computer -- though I didn't build it -- was an Apple IIc. My shortsighted father didn't see the need or reason for a MacIntosh or modem, so I missed out on a lot. Otherwise, I MIGHT have been a computer programmer by the time I got into my 20s. (I'm 43 now.)

    Hey Ripped, nice rig, I am in the middle of my first one as well, can you list how many fans and what kind and what size is the PSU?

    Hey Ringgold. My PSU is a Corsair RM750

    I am only using the stock fans in the tower. 2x120mm Front, 1 x 200mm Top, 1 x 140mm rear.

    Hardest part was choosing a tower lol.

    What do you have so far?
