    I've been suspended, can you help?

    I just want to make this clear: I have been told by mTurk I CANNOT help anyone who is suspended, I am instead supposed to direct you to CS and that's is all the advice I am permitted to give.

    I hope this is not happening with the regularity of the past. And that customer service is now actually researching any and all suspensions rather than giving a canned response. I know they seem to be doing better about a lot of things. Luckily I have not had to deal with this kind of situation lately so I will continue to keep my fingers crossed!

    As I have said in a few other comments re. requesters who reject, this is a reason why my policy is that those who reject capriciously, with a pattern, without due cause or an offer of mediation, should be boycotted until proven trustworthy. The burden of proof to justify removing a suspension is almost 100% weighted against the Turker.
