If you're not sure you're right, return the HIT. It's better to raise your return percentage, which no one uses to qualify HITs, than to raise your rejection percentage!

This has always been the biggest cause of rejections for me. Out of a total of
60 at least 1/3 were avoidable if I'd only admitted to the uncertainty and done the right thing (return the HIT)...

I would guess that 75% of the time you WILL NOT BE PAID AND WILL GET AN AUTO REJECTION
If a requester will not follow the rules of Amazon TOS, why would they bother paying ?


The reasons requesters do not abide by amazon TOS are,

1. they are looking to scam workers for free work
2. ignorance of the rules
3. lazyness

So if the requester is doing #1, you will not be paid.
If they are doing #2, there are ways to guide them to comply so that we as workers can trust them.
If they are doing #3, they probably do not pay well and do not care so F them lol

Do not work on hits that you can clearly see on the hit page that there is a technical problem/broken. If you accept a hit that is clearly broken and you submit that hit anyway, you are asking for a rejection. The best way to handle avoiding this type of rejection is "do not" do the hits if you can see that there is a technical problem. Report the hit as "broken" in the lower right hand corner of the hit page and then return the hit. Also contact the requester and inform them that the hits they have posted are broken.
