Starting a crowd sourcing project what to ask first

This article is more for the requesters than for us workers. But, it brings up three points every requester should think up when doing a crowding sourcing project.

Three Questions to Ask When Starting a Crowdsourcing Project: Reputation, Privacy, and Intellectual Property
When considering the deep plunge into a crowdsourcing project, clients will have questions and the crowdsourcing platform will need to have answers to these three important topics:
    privacy-reputation-intellectual-property-crowdsourcing-projects

Reputation of the individuals in the crowd
Degree of privacy of the project and the client’s information
Ownership rights to the intellectual property created as a result of the project

The importance of these concerns will vary depending on whether the project or platform is one of microtasks or macrotasks.
Has covered it all or should we add more things to his suggestions. Things like maintaining communications with workers and other things?
What new technology does is create new opportunities to do a job that customers want done.

Good idea about communicating with the workers.

Having a specific goal with a clear set of instructions is important. Data is worthless if the workers do not understand the task.
