Things like maintaining communications with workers and other things?When considering the deep plunge into a crowdsourcing project, clients will have questions and the crowdsourcing platform will need to have answers to these three important topics:
Reputation of the individuals in the crowd
Degree of privacy of the project and the client’s information
Ownership rights to the intellectual property created as a result of the project
The importance of these concerns will vary depending on whether the project or platform is one of microtasks or macrotasks.
