I sell things on EBAY and was wondering if I should switch to ETSY. Does anyone have a comparison in sales between the two?

You have to do the price comparison for the FVF at each and your normal sales per month. I don't think Etsy's any easier to get a niche group/customer base than eBay.

Aside from that, I don't have a favorite Etsy shop but I do have the app on my phone so I can browse through when it strikes my fancy. Have only ordered from Etsy once and wasn't thrilled with the seller so I decided to stick to brick and mortar stores for some things.

Simple, beautiful handcrafted jewelry. The seller was excellent to deal with.

Handmade bags; the one I bought has lasted quite a while considering I used it every day to haul heavy books: http://www.etsy.com/shop/retrofied

Millie, I'm also a fan of the Rover Boutique! I've not shopped there but if I ever decide to dress my dogs, that is the only place I'll go

My favorites list is overflowing, but I do have a few I'd place at #1 even though I've never purchased from them.
Adorable stuffed animals from Russia http://www.etsy.com/shop/SashaPokrass
The most beautiful quilts I've ever seen http://www.etsy.com/shop/btaylorquilts

I do a lot of things with mother of pearl buttons and buy NOS bulk buttons from this seller, and have ordered several times: http://www.etsy.com/shop/ImAButtonGlutton

I have an insanely long list of shops that I have "faved" on Etsy. There are a few stand outs tho:
http://www.etsy.com/shop/NoveltyPurses I bought a coin purse here--REALLY well made. Will buy other things at some point. Like an ebook cover
http://www.etsy.com/shop/UnkamenSupplies Since I make jewelry it is always good to know where to get well made supplies. Nice guy to buy from--do shop around tho, some things are priced great, some things are not as great
http://www.etsy.com/shop/Abbyjewellery great jewelry and (more importantly to me) great jewelry tutorials
http://www.etsy.com/shop/wiredelements another great jewelry and great jewelry tutorials place

I have purchased from and was happy with all of the mentioned sellers Love shopping Etsy!
