We do a nice leg of lamb here. Marinade it in a mixture of dijon and chopped rosemary for 24 hours with some garlic and then roast it to a medium rare. Oh, I can't wait.

We usually do roast beef, rice gravy, salad and root vegetables. I think I'm going to make a seafood sausage gumbo this year though.

Ham (usually Honeybaked), mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, rolls, and of course deviled eggs.

My tradition is usually to cook delicious things with friends, but I am living in a new state all by myself now ;_; A couple years ago, I did chicken with 40 cloves of garlic, new potatoes, asparagus, and fruit tart...mmm.

Sadly, the bunny has eluded my traps the last two years and we have gone hungry.

A fresh ham, not smoked. That is like a big pork loin, a leg, roast slowly.

We do boiled crawfish for lunch with one family and bbq at night with the other :D And I can't wait because I haven't had either lately.

I sound like most other people! Ham, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, salad, either green bean or corn casserole. Some dessert. Nothing fancy, but definitely yummy!!!

We typically do lamb (which TOTALLY freaked my husband out the first time he celebrated Easter with my family) but this year were doing ham. There are ALWAYS deviled eggs as well.

I grew up poor so every holiday meal was the same luxury -> cornbread dressing with boiled chicken in it and the broth from the boiled chicken cooked into the cornbread.

Anyone else ever had that?
